If you'd prefer to be anonymous, that's fine. Just write Anonymous for player.
Canon is used here to separate main canon (i.e. the modern, Disney owned Star Wars which includes all the movies, the Clone Wars TV series, Rebels, and any comics or novels published after April, 2014) or legends (i.e. the old EU. Video games, novels, and comics published before 2014). More from Wookiepedia, if you'd like the long answer.
Era is what historical era your character comes from; Rise of the Empire, Old Republic, Clone Wars, Rebellion, etc. Here is Wookiepedia's list of eras if you need some help; though these eras are defined more for publishing than actual historical eras.
Source is what media your character comes from; i.e. Knights of the Old Republic, The Clone Wars, Star Wars: Republic comics. I'm using source so as to not confuse with canon.
Force Sensitivity is for if your character is force sensitive and other notes such as how strong they are in the Force (1=Ray Stantz, 10=Yoda or Anakin), how much of the Light Side or Dark Side they might feel, etc.
Notes can be for anything else; AU ideas you might have, warning for how you may wish to play the pup, things you'd like to have happen to the pup, etc.

Character: Quinlan Vos
Canon: Legends (I'd thought of working within main canon but I'd have to give up too much to make it work)
Era: Rise of the Empire or Galactic Republic, pre-Clone Wars on the rare times I bring him in as a padawan.
Source: Star Wars: Republic
Force Sensitivity: Quin is fairly strong in the Force, maybe a 5, but he makes up for it with skill. His presence in the Force is subtle and hard to pin down. He is likely about 70% Light and 30% Dark.
Notes: Quinlan is pretty close to canon. He is currently living as a smuggler who is trying to help build what might become an infrastructure for rebellion; i.e. he's teaching skills to those who want to learn, distributing food and medical supplies to those who need it, freeing political prisoners, and making the truth of the Empire's doings get out there. He's also keeping an ear out for any hint of lost jedi and steering the Empire away from them, as he can.

Character: Ahsoka Tano
Canon: Main Canon
Era: Clone Wars and, eventually, Rise of the Empire(See below)
Source: The Clone Wars
Force Sensitivity: Ahsoka is very strong in the Force (perhaps a 7 or 8) and she is all Light Side. If there is any Dark Side, it sits on the surface and hasn't penetrated to her core. Her Force presence likely feels like fire, quick and darting, always in motion. Her skills are more physical.
Notes: At this point, Ahsoka is a few months after season 5 of Clone Wars. She will be following canon, though I hope to supplement it with the hints we've had from Filoni about unfinished story arcs Ahsoka was to have in later seasons of Clone Wars. Specifically, her helping Bo Katan to stabilize things on Mandalore. At some point she will more forward to Rebels, though I may decide to do something with how she got her new 'sabers first and maybe how she helped Capt. Rex with the chip.

Character: Sabine Wren
Canon: Main Canon
Era: Rise of the Empire
Source: Star War Rebels
Force Sensitivity: Sabine does not seem to be Force sensitive. Her presence will feel bright and colorful, and always active.
Notes: And she is app'd. I've plans to bring her in from her Imperial Academy days at first but to quickly run her up to meeting Kanan and thus the Ghost crew. I am going to wait a few more episodes before doing this as some of her past is going to be covered or at least hinted at.

Character: Ibani (The Sith Inquisitor from Star Wars: The Old Republic, who as an MMO protagonist has no canonical name.)
Canon: Legends, although the game is still updating/expanding as opposed to being 'complete'.
Era: The Old Republic Era, or 3,643 years before the events of Star Wars: A New Hope to be really specific.
Source: The MMO Star Wars: The Old Republic.
Force: Ibani is a strong Force sensitive and she feels mostly Light with a bit of Dark Side. I'd say about 70% light side 30% dark side. As far as power level, that gets a bit tricky with the Extended Universe. The 'upper level', especially for Sith, seems to be much, much higher than in the movies. For instance, the Dread Masters were five Sith who could work together to make entire FLEETS kill themselves from terror. And then there's the Sith Emperor who is exponentially more powerful than all of the Dread Masters put together!
Notes: Ibani is a mostly light sided Sith, which is entirely possible to play in the game. However, at least at one time, Dark Side was considered canon for Imperial characters. So I suppose she's slightly AU?
I have tossed about the idea of her being from the same universe as Quinlan Voss, but this has not been cemented yet.

Character: Anakin Skywalker
Canon: Canon
Era: Clone Wars and onwards
Source: currently post-Episode II, chronological rather than episodic beginning of Clone Wars TV series.
Force Sensitivity: A 9 or 10 depending on the day (except on Mortis). He is probably rather a recognizable Force presence, and he burns, constantly in flux and relentless, more a nuclear reaction than fire. Currently he burns bright, probably a solid 90% Light--except when he loses control and darker undertones leap out, not fully out of nowhere but not the dominant trait. Eventually, of course, this is inverted, except Light will be nigh-impossible to see. There is certainly something at his core such that when you get past the layers of extreme power in either Light or Dark, depending on his era, if you can touch that part of him, he's recognizable. I expect that core is something very raw and elemental--both because of his volatile emotions, and his handwave-y origins and role as the Chosen One.
Notes: Anakin is post-Episode II, and coming in just as he heads to Christophisis for "Cat and Mouse" and "The Hidden Enemy." I will play him through the Clone Wars, drawing mostly on the TV series. At this point I fully plan to play him through the rest of canon.
